Joanna Rimmer

Joanna’s journey with Marbocote began in 2002 when she joined the company to manage the office and accounts.  Over the years Joanna has held key positions including Commercial Manager and General Manager.  Currently as Operations Director, Joanna brings over 22 years of expertise to the leadership team, working closely with Ian and Mike to drive the company’s vision and ensure the smooth operation of the Marbocote site.

Joanna is committed to fostering a collaborative and motivated team, driving improvements that support the growth of both her colleagues and the business.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending quality time with her family, unwinding with relaxing spa days, and attending theatre performances all while striving to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
